I'm preserving this temple (my body) as long as possible to continue the mission of serving. I incorporate fitness into my wellness regimen; however, due to a series of accidents and multiple surgeries, I have to do things a little differently.  I encourage you to join me and not allow life's challenges to hinder you from taking care of your greatest asset...YOU!

You do NOT have to have your camera's on if you're more comfortable with them off. I will begin promptly at 6:30 am EST each day to respect everyone's time, as well as my own. If you miss a day, the recording will be available upon request.  Please do not share, as I'd like to keep up with those in attendance and will share surprise gifts for participation occasionally throughout the year.

Please be sure to not overdue for force any movements beyond your level of comfort (remember stretching NOT pain should be the goal).  If you haven't stretched in a while you MAY experience some soreness in the beginning...however, any lingering pains should be tended to by your PCP (primary care physician).

  • Help your joints move through their full range of motion.

  • Increase muscle blood flow.

  • Enable your muscles to work most effectively.
